Come join us for a fun day at the park under the pavilion at Possum Creek Park on September 9th! This will be a day filled with games, snacks, and an opportunity for you and your children to meet others in the diabetes community. There will be diabetes educators available to talk with the parents about school and diabetes. We can’t wait to see everyone there!
