Meet Our Patients
The University of Florida Diabetes Center of Excellence is home to an integral network of health care providers and researchers committed to improving the lives of people with diabetes. Since its inception, approximately 2,500 patients have participated in one or more of the UF Diabetes Center of Excellence’s clinical trials or studies. In addition, the center’s clinical team now oversees more than 1,000 children and youth with diabetes as well as adults throughout the United States, providing comprehensive care and access to current diabetes-related technologies.
