The UF Diabetes Institute is a national leader in patient care and research. Our team is comprised of board-certified clinicians, educators, nurses and researchers who specialize in treating manifestations of diabetes and its complications. We also conduct vital research in the field of diabetes and train health care providers.
Through a comprehensive care network, we are well positioned to tackle diabetes and endocrine disorders in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Our skilled physicians, diabetes educators, nurses, and specialty providers collaborate to prove the best care for each patient. Together, we oversee the care of approximately 1,000 children, youth and adults with diabetes from across the United States and its territories, providing access to some of the most advanced diabetes care and research technologies.
If you are a new patient, we will need a referral form from your primary care provider. For more information, please call our main number at (352) 265-8228 or call toll free 1-855-UF-DIABETES (483-3422).
