Reversion of β-Cell Autoimmunity Changes Risk of Type 1 Diabetes: TEDDY Study (Diabetes Care)

Researchers examined whether reversion of beta cell autoantibodies has any effect on the risk of type 1 diabetes in children up to 10 years of age. Reversions were most restricted in children who had single autoantibodies and most rare in children who had developed multiple autoantibodies.
